1. Booking and Payments
- Full Payment: A 100% payment is required to secure the booking (please send us an email at info@travelwithnessa.com if you wish to pay in installments).
- Initial Payment: Initial payment cannot be lower than 50% and the remaining 50% balance must be paid 50 days prior to departure.
- Flights: 100% payment for flight tickets is required at the time of booking.
- Late Booking: Bookings made within 45 days of departure require immediate full payment.
Visa and Entry Requirements
- Responsibility: It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain the necessary visa (typically a business ‘M’ visa for the Canton Fair).
- Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry into China.
Travel Package Scope
- Accommodation: Packages include hotel accommodations near the Guangzhou Pazhou Complex, as specified in your booking confirmation.
- Transportation: Airport transfers and daily transportation to the Canton Fair grounds are included, unless stated otherwise.
- Exclusions: Travel insurance outside China, visa fees, meals (not listed), and personal expenses are not included.
Liability and Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from flight cancellations, government actions, or incidents beyond our control.
- Travelers are responsible for their own luggage and should comply with all China civil aviation safety regulations.
Acceptance of Terms
By paying the deposit or full amount, you agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all passengers in your booking.
