1. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the departure date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 30-59 days prior to the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 29 days of the departure date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
3. Group Booking Policy:
For group bookings of 10 or more travellers (special deals), a non-refundable deposit is required
at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
Final payment for group bookings is due 90 days prior to the departure date.
Changes to the group size or itinerary may incur additional charges or fees.
4. Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest,
or other force majeure events, travelwithnessa reserves the right to modify or cancel the trip.
In such cases, travellers will be offered the option to reschedule their trip or receive a full refund.
5. Refund Exceptions:
Refunds will not be provided for any unused services or accommodations during the trip.
Refunds will not be issued for any expenses incurred by travellers independently of travelwithnessa.
6. Communication of Cancellations:
Travelers must submit cancellation requests in writing to the trip organizer via email.
The date of receipt of the cancellation request will determine the applicable cancellation fees.
7. Travel Insurance:
It is recommended that travellers purchase a travel insurance.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email.
