Part 1: Mainland China (Days 1–5)
Day 1: Arrival in Beijing & Imperial Core
- Activity:Arrive at Beijing Capital (PEK) or Daxing (PKX) Airport. Check into the hotel and refresh. In the afternoon, take a private group van to Tiananmen Square and walk through the historic Forbidden City.
- Hotel Suggestion:Sunworld Hotel Beijing (Wangfujing) – Centrally located, great for groups walking to food markets.
- Restaurant Suggestion:Siji Minfu Roast Duck – A must-try authentic Peking Duck welcome dinner.
Day 2: The Great Wall & Flight to Zhangjiajie
- Activity:Depart early by private van to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall (less crowded, includes a cable car up and a fun toboggan slide down). Return to the city by late afternoon, grab bags, and head to the airport for an evening flight to Zhangjiajie.
- Inland Transport:Evening direct flight from Beijing (PEK) to Zhangjiajie (DYG) via Air China (~2.5 hours).
- Hotel Suggestion:Pullman Zhangjiajie Hotel (Wulingyuan area) – Excellent 4-star amenities right next to the park entrance.
Day 3: The “Avatar” Mountains (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park)
- Activity:Spend the full day in the national park. Ride the jaw-dropping Bailong Elevator (the world’s tallest outdoor elevator) up to Yuanjiajie to see the iconic pillar mountains that inspired the movie Avatar. Cross the “First Bridge Under Heaven” and take the cable car down through Tianzi Mountain.
- Restaurant Suggestion:Tang Shi Fu Tu Jia Gan Guo – Offers amazing local Hunan cuisine and “dry pot” dishes (you can ask for non-spicy options for the group).
Day 4: Tianmen Mountain & High-Speed Train to Shenzhen
- Activity:Visit Tianmen Mountain. Ride the world’s longest cable car straight from the city center to the mountain top. Walk across the thrilling Glass Skywalk and descend the 999 steps beneath the massive natural stone arch known as “Heaven’s Gate.”
- Inland Transport:Head to Zhangjiajie West Station for an afternoon High-Speed Bullet Train down to Shenzhen (~6.5 hours).
- Hotel Suggestion:Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen North Station – Modern, extremely clean, and located right at the transit hub for an easy exit the next morning.
Day 5: Free day for Shopping or Explore Shenzhen Electronics Hub with our guide
- Activity:Spend the morning exploring the famous Huaqiangbei Electronics Market (the largest electronics market in the world—incredible for buying tech gadgets, phones, and accessories).
- Inland Transport:In the afternoon, board the bullet train from Shenzhen North to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station. The train takes just 15–20 minutes. Clear customs right inside the station.
- Hotel Suggestion:Eaton HK (Jordan, Kowloon) – A trendy, vibrant hotel with a great food court, perfect for groups and centrally located near markets.
 Part 2: Hong Kong (Days 6–10)
Day 6: Iconic Hong Kong Island & Victoria Peak
- Activity:Take the historic Peak Tram up to Victoria Peak for panoramic views of the skyscrapers and harbor. Ride the Star Ferry across Victoria Harbour back to Kowloon. Spend the evening walking the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade and watch the Symphony of Lights laser show at 8:00 PM.
- Restaurant Suggestion:Tim Ho Wan (Sham Shui Po or Central) – The world’s most affordable Michelin-starred Dim Sum restaurant.Â
Day 7: Lantau Island & The Big Buddha
- Activity:Take the Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car (opt for the crystal cabin with glass floors!) up the mountains of Lantau Island. Visit the majestic Tian Tan Big Buddha and explore the peaceful Po Lin Monastery and Ngong Ping cultural village.
- Restaurant Suggestion:Po Lin Monastery Vegetarian Restaurant – A unique, delicious cultural dining experience right next to the Buddha.
Day 8: Group Fun at Hong Kong Disneyland (adults can enjoy Disneyland as well)
- Activity:Dedicate a full day to Hong Kong Disneyland. It is highly compact, incredibly immersive, and features world-exclusive areas like World of Frozen and Mystic Point. It’s a massive crowd-pleaser for groups.
- Dinner:Enjoy dinner inside the park or head back to Kowloon for local Cantonese BBQ pork at Kam’s Roast Goose.
Day 9: Rest or choose to explore Culture, Markets, & Shopping Day with our guide
- Activity:Spend the day exploring Hong Kong’s most bustling markets. Walk through the Ladies’ Market and Fa Yuen Street (Sneaker Street) in Mong Kok for great deals on clothes and shoes. In the afternoon, visit the beautiful Chi Lin Nunnery and Nan Lian Garden for a taste of traditional architecture.
- Dinner:Experience an open-air street food stall (Dai Pai Dong) near Temple Street Night Market.
Day 10: Souvenir Shopping & Departure
- Activity:Last-minute packing and souvenir hunting at Citygate Outlets (near the airport). Head to Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) via the Airport Express train for the return flight back home.

Traveler Tips for the Group:
- Visas: Please, double-check immigration rules prior to booking.
- Digital Apps: Before arriving in China, ensure everyone downloads WeChat and Alipay and links their debit cards for easy payments in China. Also, download a reputable VPN (for example Astrill) for access to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google while in the Mainland.
Important Notes:
1. For minor purchases, payments via Alipay/WeChat linked to foreign bank accounts                                                                   incur a 3% fee; payments via foreign bank cards (Visa) are charged 6%.
2. For factory payments, the Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) method is recommended.
3. Carry some cash (USD) in case Alipay or WeChat accounts are temporarily frozen.
4. Visa cards are preferred over MasterCard in China.
5. Some ATMs accept foreign Visa cards with a daily withdrawal limit of RMB 7,000.
